FleetStock is a cloud-based fleet inventory management platform that allows businesses to track parts, tools, and equipment across their vehicle fleet. The Service includes web and mobile access to inventory tracking, reporting, and team management features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

FleetStock offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

• All fees are charged annually in advance
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to store or transmit infringing content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEETSTOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
